Online workshop on Green Curricula between BIBB (Germany) and VTC (Hong Kong)

The Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training (f-bb) is analyzing the transfer possibilities and conditions of the concept of sustainable learning venues to the field of geriatric care. The aim of the project is to find out the specific transfer conditions and to describe concretely (1) which design approaches can be implemented in the various areas of care for the elderly together with the educational staff (e.g. practical instructors), (2) which framework conditions at the various levels are conducive or inhibiting to the transfer and (3) which methodological steps are necessary to achieve the goals.

The workshop aims at facilitating discussions and exchange of practices and ideas between BIBB and VTC. A core focus lies on the respective approaches in Germany and Hong Kong on modernizing VET curricula or training regulations with regard to sustainable development and greening.
